Lock Joint (Patented)

Our flagship product. It is the rigid plastic control joint that keeps concrete paths from skewing and cracking - greatly reducing maintenance costs. Also, sand won’t get into the joint and weeds won’t come up. It provides a safer, smoother surface for pedestrians and cyclists.

The zip-clean-capping gives a clean finish to the joint capping after laying.

Available capping colours: Black, Crème, Grey, Sandstone, Terracotta.

Height: 100mm and 150mm.

Holding Bars and Clamps

Makes installation of Lock Joint quick and easy and holds Lock Joint straight when pouring the concrete.

Bitumen Board

Composed of cellular fibres securely bonded together and uniformly saturated with bitumen by a special patented process. Does not bleed. Recovers to a minimum 70% after compression.

Often copied but never equalled, this remains the industry standard with over 60 years of proven performance.

Flexi Rolls

A cross linked, closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Recovers to a minimum 70% after being compressed to 50% for 70 hrs.

Jointfill

A non-cross linked, closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Can be compressed to 50% and will recover up to 95% within 10 minutes.

Coloured Rolls

A cross linked, fine closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Recovers to a minimum 95% within 24 hrs after being compressed to 75% for 22 hrs.

Colours: Crème, Grey, Charcoal, Terracotta, Sandstone.
Crème and Grey also available with a Sticky Back.

Stiff Strips

A semi rigid cross linked, fine closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Recovers to a minimum 95% within 24 hrs after being compressed to 75% for 22 hrs.

Stiffjoint

A semi rigid closed cell polyethylene compressible joint filler. This stiffened polyolefine can be compressed to 50% of its original thickness and will recover up to 80% within 15 minutes.

Pathform

Made from a rigid plastic. Light weight. Easy to clean. Although essentially for straight edges, it has some flex to form gentle sweeping curves.

Made from a rigid plastic. Light weight. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Very flexible. Will bend to form circles and tight curves, but won’t kink.

Heavy Duty Flexi-Form

Made from a rigid plastic. Light weight. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Won’t kink. Used for forming curves.

KIS Bars (Keep it Straight)

Holds foam expansion joint straight during the concrete pour.

Suitable for 100mm and 75mm foam, 10mm thick.

Length: 4m.

Backing Rods

Closed cell polyethylene foam. Compatible with all leading sealants. Excellent rebound recovery. Round profile enables sealant to form correct profile for optimum movement. Saves money by minimising the amount of sealant required. Suitable for horizontal and vertical joints.

Available in a full range of diameters from 6mm to 50mm.

Liqui-Hard

One-time application, lasting the life of the concrete. This is a colourless densifier, sealant, hardener, curer, anti-dusting, anti-pitting, anti-staining all-in-one water based product that can be applied to newly poured or existing concrete.

Packaging: 20 litre drum.
